Join Jewish Federation of Greater Kansas City's Women's Philanthropy for an exciting philanthropic event featuring Brooklyn-based designer Freida Rothman and her exquisite line of jewelry.

Wednesday, October 30
5:30 - 6:30 | Lion of Judah VIP Reception
6:30 - 8:30 pm | Moderated Q&A with Freida Rothman and Shopping
The 1900 Building, 1900 Shawnee Mission Parkway

Freida Rothman is a second-generation jeweler, a mother of five, and an entrepreneur striving to remind every woman of her inner strength. Inspired by the legacy of four grandparents - all Holocaust survivors - Freida’s designs honor strength and resiliency through contemporary pieces.

Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase items from Freida's line, including a custom-designed necklace. 10% of all jewelry sales will benefit the Shavot program in Federation's partner city of Ramle, Israel. Shavot helps Jewish and Arab girls strengthen their sense of self-worth and provides them with tools that will allow them to reach their full potential.

Lions of Judah are invited to purchase tickets to join us for the VIP reception starting at 5:30. Each VIP ticket includes a necklace and a private cocktail reception prior to the main event. During the cocktail reception VIPs will be able to pre-shop and participate in a meet and greet with Freida.
